The Deadlock Protocol sheds new light on the industrious origins of the Corpus, introduces the time-bending Warframe, Protea and includes a remastered Corpus fleet full of innovative threats and escalating security measures. If Nef Anyo has anything to do with it, that spells bad news for the Solaris. Whoever they are, the heir to the Founder would be able to solve the stalemate and stage a total takeover of the Corpus Board. The Solaris have begun disappearing in droves and Eudico thinks it has something to do with Nef’s power play. Nef Anyo claims to have found an heir to the long-deceased Corpus Founder, Parvos Granum, and has the means to prove it.
Eager to fill the power vacuum himself, Nef Anyo has initiated The Deadlock Protocol. Infighting has ground its System-spanning operation to a screeching halt.

When deactivated, your warframe returns to the previous point. Any damage taken with the ability active is deflected back on your foes on deactivation. This drops an anchor point that records your health state. Finally, there’s her ultimate, Temporal Anchor. Dispensary deploys a supply cache that can restock you and your allies for battle. Blaze Artillery places a temporary turret that targets nearby enemies. Grenade Fan throws a cluster of shrapnel bombs that can either hurt foes or heal allies. This frame uses time-manipulation to tear apart her foes. The new tileset looks beautiful, offering much more freedom for your warframe to run around and wreak havoc.Īnother big change comes in the form of the new warframe to run around in, known as Protea. You can expect to see new and upgraded defenses which prove a higher challenge for your Tenno. That’s not all though, as the Corpus themselves have armed their ships better for your attacks. Digital Extremes have redone the entire Corpus tileset, improving visuals and bringing it up to modern-day standards. The Deadlock Protocol’s biggest change is in the Corpus Ship remaster. It introduces a new frame, updates to existing content, and much more! To go with it all, the team released a trailer showing off everything you can expect. It has worked incredibly successfully, with concurrent player counts hitting 50,000 on Steam alone.
